New Construction + Project Management

The multitude of selections to be made from the word ‘go’ can be overwhelming, and the timeliness of those decisions is what will keep your build on track. Working with us through the initial phase of the construction ensures a cohesive design both inside and out, making your exterior view an extension of your interior spaces.

As your design concierge, we will work with you in reviewing construction documents to make sure that every detail of your new home fits the needs of your family. We will discuss interior room layouts to to verify that furniture and built-in features can be accommodated. After meeting with you, we will convey these ideas and adjustments to the architect in a concise manner through drawings, meeting notes, and conferencing. These changes will then be reflected in your set of plans, leading to less change-orders, and therefore fewer additional costs.

We will take the time to design a thorough lighting plan, including fixture types and placement, and switch locations. These are the details that are easily overlooked by homeowners in the initial planning phase with their architect. Again, the more concise a plan we can develop before your home goes to potential builders, the more accurate your bids will be.

Other items that should be dialed in on the plan would be:

Exterior Siding Materials and Placement

Trim Package

Roofing Materials

Railing Details

Gutter and Sofit Materials

Decorative Trim Detailing

Window Style and Colors

Door Styles and Materials

Decking and Patio Materials

Driveway and Access Walkway Details

Exterior Stair Locations and Design
